Dwuan M Smith Sr., is an inmate currently incarcerated in the federal system, and was sentenced to 167 months for 20 grams of heroine. His initial crime carried carried 33-41 months, but due to the career offender enhancement (which is partly responsible for the genocide and absences' of so many Blacks and Hispanics in the house-hold today), he was given a prison sentence of 167 months. Since an early adolescent and being raised in a single parent home, he has been struggling to navigate his way through life, and his only teacher of life, has been through trial and error, as he lacked sufficient guidance in someone showing him the correct way into obtaining manhood.
